First Wins First Place in their category in Triad's Best Places to Work Awards

Verger Wins First Place in Triad Best Places to Work

We are proud to share that Verger has been named a 2025 Best Place to Work by the Triad Business Journal, earning first place in the Micro category. This recognition reflects the strength of our culture, the dedication of our team, and our continued focus on creating an environment where people feel valued and supported.

This year’s event, held on May 23 at the Millennium Center in downtown Winston-Salem, brought together more than 300 professionals to celebrate the 35 finalists across the region. After four consecutive years as a finalist, we are honored to be recognized as a top winner for the first time.

Finalists were selected based on results from anonymous employee surveys conducted by Quantum Workplace. These surveys evaluated a range of workplace factors, including employee engagement, benefits, trust in leadership, and overall satisfaction. Verger’s recognition is a direct reflection of the voices of our team—something we don’t take lightly.

The award comes at a meaningful moment for Verger, as we mark our 10-year anniversary and reflect on both business and culture milestones. We are grateful to our employees for their engagement and commitment, and to the Triad Business Journal for highlighting organizations that are working to build strong, people-centered workplaces.

We remain committed to maintaining an environment where our team can grow and thrive—individually and together. Thank you to everyone who makes Verger a great place to work.
