We are thrilled to share that Verger has been recognized as one of the Triad's Best Places to Work by the Triad Business Journal. This honor reflects our ongoing commitment to creating a positive and supportive workplace environment for our employees.
A group of our staff attended the award celebration on May 23rd, held at the Millennium Center in Winston-Salem. The event brought together about 300 people, including employees and executives from the 31 companies named as finalists. The lively gathering featured Hawaiian-inspired shirts, leis, food, drink, music, and a celebration of the start of summer.
The Triad Business Journal, in partnership with Omaha-based research firm Quantum Workplace, conducted surveys to determine the Best Places to Work. Companies were evaluated based on employee participation and feedback on criteria such as compensation, benefits, feeling valued, and trust in senior leaders. Finalists were selected based on cumulative scores within their respective size categories, ranging from micro (10-24 employees) to extra-large (300+ employees).
We are proud to be included in this group of esteemed local companies and grateful for this recognition, it honors our dedication to fostering a workplace where our employees feel valued and supported.
