Madison Moses Promoted to Senior Investment Analyst
Madison, a valued member of the Investment Team for the past three years, has been promoted to the role of Senior Investment Analyst. In her time with the firm, Madison has demonstrated a commitment to excellence, adding significant value to the investment team in various capacities, including data analysis, manager research, reporting, and market commentary.
Beyond her contributions to the investment team, Madison serves as an active member of the Verger Women's Leadership Initiative, exemplifying her dedication to fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion at Verger. Her volunteer work in the community further underscores her commitment to making a positive impact beyond her role.
Inge Smith Assumes Role of Communications Director
Inge has been promoted to Communications Director, reflecting her role as an integral part of the Verger team for the past five years. During her time with the firm, she has been vital in shaping and implementing the firm's communications strategy and marketing initiatives. Her efforts have been key to the firm's growth by elevating Verger's messaging, sharing relevant educational and investment thought leadership, and supporting its non-profit clients. Inge's commitment to excellence has been recognized with the recent receipt of the Winston Under 40 Leadership Award, further underscoring her significant contributions to Verger's success.
In her new role as Communications Director, Inge will continue to lead Verger's communication efforts, ensuring clarity and alignment with the firm's mission.
Tricia Walker Appointed Operations Director
Tricia, who joined Verger in 2019, has been appointed Operations Director. Tricia brings a strong work ethic, leadership acumen, and strategic vision to her role. Over the past three years, Tricia has led the firm through the process of claiming compliance with the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS), demonstrating her commitment to the highest standards of transparency and integrity.
Tricia's contributions extend to the implementation of new investment reporting systems, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency. As a leader on the Operations team, Tricia has also taken an active role in volunteering with the CFA Institute's GIPS Standards Working Group. Recently, she earned her CAIA designation, adding to her impressive list of professional accomplishments, which already includes the CIPM designation.
In addition to her professional achievements, Tricia leads Verger's volunteer engagement efforts and organizes opportunities for staff to give back to local non-profits. Her multifaceted contributions make her an invaluable asset to the team.
