Pathways for Diverse Students Into Finance: Highlighting Organizations Committed to Clearing the Way
This panel will highlight organizations dedicated to creating pathways for diverse students into finance and individuals who have walked these paths. Panelists will discuss unique challenges, resources, and opportunities for students from diverse and representative backgrounds and answer the following questions:
- What’s your organization’s unique approach to supporting diverse students in creating a career path into finance? Or what has been your personal experience participating in one of these programs?
- How have you seen (or experienced firsthand) the homegrown impacts of these organizations’ work?
- What additional resources might be needed to support students, beyond the specific programs each of the organizations has developed?
