Verger Capital Management was a proud sponsor again at this year's REACH Women's Network Conference, held on March 25th in Winston-Salem, NC. This annual event is a highlight for members of our Verger Women's Leadership Initiative (VWLI), reflecting our commitment to advancing women in finance, community engagement, and leadership development.

Attended by VWLI members, the conference brought together more than 500 women and community leaders for Winston-Salem's largest professional networking event focused on women in leadership. The day offered a full program of expert-led sessions, practical resources, and meaningful opportunities to connect with peers and leaders across our community. Throughout the day, attendees participated in panels and roundtables covering a wide range of topics — including women's health, communication, navigating change, and leading in difficult moments, among many others. These sessions provided a space for candid dialogue, shared experience, and the kind of practical insight that translates directly into professional and personal growth.

The conference also featured keynote addresses from Dr. Sunita Sah and Jen Aks, both of whom delivered remarks that were thought-provoking and lasting in their impact. Their words set the tone for a day defined by honest conversation and meaningful peer connection.

Verger's sponsorship of events like this reflects our ongoing commitment to advancing gender equity and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. We are also grateful for the opportunity to engage with our broader community — reconnecting with individuals from institutions we serve and building new relationships that strengthen our ties to the region. We extend our sincere thanks to the speakers, panelists, and volunteers whose effort made this gathering possible.
