We are pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Vaccaro as Director of Client Development. In this role, Jennifer will engage with Verger’s prospective and current institutional clients, facilitating Verger’s support for endowments, foundations, and mission-driven organizations through strategic partnerships. She will work closely with Verger’s team to identify new opportunities, manage institutional relationships, and reinforce Verger’s mission-driven investment approach.
Jennifer brings over two decades of experience in institutional client development and sales, having held senior roles at several leading investment firms. Most recently, she was a founding partner and Director at Ranger Global Real Estate Advisors, LLC, where she led the development of the firm’s sales and marketing operations, established its brand within the institutional plan sponsor and consultant community, and managed relationships with key institutional clients. Prior to Ranger Global, Jennifer served as Director of North America Institutional Sales at Investec Asset Management (now Ninety One), where she was instrumental in building the firm’s North American presence with institutional investors in the U.S. and Canada. Her earlier career includes senior roles at Franklin Templeton Institutional, Montgomery Asset Management, and Chancellor Capital Management, where she managed and retained significant client assets and fostered long-standing client relationships. Jennifer’s expertise and long-standing dedication to serving non-profit organizations align seamlessly with Verger’s client-focused mission.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut.
