The Parenting PATH, a Winston-Salem nonprofit serving children and families across our region, organizes this annual initiative to provide gifts to children who would otherwise go without during the holidays. For our team, it was a chance to put our mission into action in our local community.  After being matched with a family with three children of varying ages, our team organized internally so everyone could contribute. The wish list included everything from warm clothing and everyday essentials to toys that will light up Christmas morning.  The experience brought our team together in a meaningful way. Shopping for items on the list, wrapping gifts, and bringing a carload of presents for delivery gave us the opportunity to connect with one another while making a tangible difference for a local family during the holidays. Our team was grateful for the opportunity to contribute to a family in our community and ensure that they would feel seen, supported, and celebrated during the holidays. We're grateful to The Parenting PATH for facilitating this connection and for the vital work they do year-round supporting families in Winston-Salem. We encourage you to learn more about their mission at [parentingpath.org](https://parentingpath.org/) or follow their journey on social media.   - ![Verger Team with gifts for PP](https://blog.vergercapital.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Verger%20Team%20with%20gifts%20for%20PP.jpg?width=2284&height=3045&name=Verger%20Team%20with%20gifts%20for%20PP.jpg)           ### Subscribe to Monthly News & Insights [![Verger Capital](https://blog.vergercapital.com/hs-fs/hubfs/raw_assets/public/VergerCapital_January2021/images/verger-logo-white.png?width=500&name=verger-logo-white.png "Verger Capital")](https://vergercapital.com/) [751 West Fourth Street, Suite 410](https://www.google.com/maps/dir//751+W+4th+St+%23410,+Winston-Salem,+NC+27101/@36.0976808,-80.2556437,17z/data=!4m9!4m8!1m0!1m5!1m1!1s0x8853ae4744355357:0x7817a596b7228bfa!2m2!1d-80.253455!2d36.0976808!3e0) [Winston-Salem, NC 27101](https://www.google.com/maps/dir//751+W+4th+St+%23410,+Winston-Salem,+NC+27101/@36.0976808,-80.2556437,17z/data=!4m9!4m8!1m0!1m5!1m1!1s0x8853ae4744355357:0x7817a596b7228bfa!2m2!1d-80.253455!2d36.0976808!3e0) **P:** [336.934.4101](tel:3369344101) **F:** [336.934.4004](tel:3369344004) [Contact Us](https://vergercapital.com/contact-us/)   [![](https://blog.vergercapital.com/hubfs/raw_assets/public/VergerCapital_January2021/images/linkedIn.png)](https://www.linkedin.com/company/verger-capital) - [Home](https://vergercapital.com/) - [Our Approach](https://vergercapital.com/non-profit-investment-strategy/) - [Our Process](https://vergercapital.com/outsourced-chief-investment-officer/) - [Our Team](https://vergercapital.com/outsourcing-investment-management-services/) - [Working with you](https://vergercapital.com/working-with-you/) - [About Us](https://vergercapital.com/verger-capital-management/) - [Careers](https://vergercapital.com/non-profit-asset-management-firm-careers/) - [Contact Us](https://vergercapital.com/contact-us/) [ACCESS OUR WHITEPAPER](https://resources.vergercapital.com/endowment-funds-should-manage-risk-as-well-as-return/) [![Return of the Prudent Investor](https://blog.vergercapital.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Return%20of%20the%20Prudent%20Investor.jpg?width=128&height=166&name=Return%20of%20the%20Prudent%20Investor.jpg)](https://resources.vergercapital.com/endowment-funds-should-manage-risk-as-well-as-return/) [![Investing in the Lives of Others-1](https://blog.vergercapital.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Investing%20in%20the%20Lives%20of%20Others-1.jpg?width=129&height=167&name=Investing%20in%20the%20Lives%20of%20Others-1.jpg)](https://resources.vergercapital.com/investing-in-the-lives-of-others)   This material is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice or an offer to sell or buy a security.
